This paper attempts to transmit the author's clinical hospital experience with oncologic patients. It is focused on Winnicott's theory from his psychosomatic phenomena comprehension. The principal items are the dissociation, the pure feminine and masculine elements. Winnicott's dissociation is understood as a difficulty in the mnemonic traces, a re-transcription, which appeared in Freud's 52 Letter and includes the trans-generational effects. All of these items are illustrated with a clinical vignette.
